Bleskovka #2





Prednedávnom som už aj u nás v potravinách objavila tento fľakatý baklažán. Tak som ho samozrejme musela kúpiť... Dnes padol celý, ako príloha k mäsku. Chutil v podstate tak isto ako klasický fialový, ale aj po orestovaní mu ostala pekne bledofialová farba čo ma veľmi potešilo, vyzerá to na tanieri super... A ochutila som ho soľou, cesnakom, olivovým olejom a rozmarínom z kytičky, ktorú som si včera kúpila pre radosť keď som kupovala sestre kvety na promóciu :)

Recently this kind of eggplant appeared also in our grocery store. So I had to buy it, of course... Today, it's all gone as a side dish. Tasted basically the same way as the classic purple, but after I fried it, the color stayed nicely bright. It looked great on a plate... And as a seasoning I used salt, garlic, olive oil and rosemary which I bought yesterday when I was buying flowers for my sister's graduation :)
