Recept na spôsob "Co dům dal" (mohla by som založiť ďaľšiu kategóriu :). Vyvalkáme lístkové cesto, vykrojíme kolieska o priemere cca 7cm, naukladáme do muffinových formičiek, dná popicháme vidličkou a pečieme do zlatista. Vychladnuté košíčky plníme hustým vanilkových pudingom (dobre osladeným) a na vrch poukladáme akékoľvek čerstvé ovocie. A ešte jeden dobrý tip, skúste košíčky pred plnením vyliať horkou čokoládou!
A ako bonus jedna z mojich momentálne najobľúbenejších... a postujem aj s klipom, bolo by škoda ho odstrihnúť. Pekný zvyšok víkendu :)
The spring storm is coming and I am in a spring-summer mood :) I even got dressed in colors today... At Friday I was on the market and I recommend to all such walk. Hills of young vegetables and tons of wonderful smelling strawberries! The cake is from poor supermarket ones, but so what if I already had bought them earlier. But it was tasty anyway :)
Recipe of the category "What kitchen gave" (I could set up this category :). Roll out pastry, cut out circles with a diameter of about 7cm, put them in a muffin baking tray, poke bottoms with a fork and bake until golden brown. Let cool down and fill with thick vanilla custard (sweetened well) and lay out on top any fresh fruit you like. And one more suggestion, before filling the cups, try to pour them with dark chocolate!
And as a bonus, one of my favorite tracks these days... I post it with a clip, it would be a shame to cut it out. Have a nice rest of the weekend :)
